Data Policy for Edithouse ApS
We treat your data with confidentiality and do not share your data with third parties.
Edithouse ApS stores your customer data in our accounting and booking system, for order processing and billing.
If you would like to know which data we are keeping or you wish to update, change or delete your data, please send an e-mail to info@edithouse.dk.

Cookies:
The Edithouse website does not use cookies.

Data for existing customers:
If you’ve been trading with Edithouse:
We store the name, address, telephone, CVR, EAN, email and accounting data for 5 years, according to the applicable accounting rules.
Printed material in connection with our bookkeeping is also stored for 5 years after which it is deleted.

Monitoring:
We are monitoring Edithouse’s entrance. We store video footage from our surveillance for up to 90 days, after which they are overwritten or deleted.

Deleting Policy:
Emails sent to an email address related to Edithouse ApS are stored,
The deleted policy for data stored electronically is that data is automatically erased, so that data with personally sensitive content is not accumulated beyond the desired deadlines.
If it is not possible to automate the deletion of electronic data, data is deleted once a year, so that data is stored according to the rule set.
Physical data stored on eg. paper is deleted annually, so that no personally sensitive data is stored longer than necessary.
